    Nothing can tear me apart from butcher bar. My love for this place is so close to my heart, lol. FELIX is such a joy here;He is on point with the service, and the food itself speaks high volume. Please come early and try the burnt ends "meat candy" I swear the BEST brisket EVER!!!! The wings were also smoked to perfection, I got them plain to sauce it up the way I like. They do have sauce options, but this the way I love. Try everything it's that good. Come early cause burnt ends do sell out... the place is clean and big, so if you have a party size, you are in good hands for some BBQ!!!

    Alexcis and Thierry were the best combination of customer service that I have had in Waikiki. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend anyone hit up the Butcher Bar while in Waikiki for sure!!! Aloha and Mahalo!!! Tbeane20

    Previously having written off NYC BBQ, I'm impressed that Butcher Bar has me changing my tune. Highly recommended! The notorious meat candy (burnt ends) rocks; I was beyond thrilled with the Gimme the Beef Platter ($29.99). It consisted of a 1/4 lb of meat candy, 1/4 lb of brisket, a side of your choice, pickles, and cornbread. The burnt ends exceeded expectations, and the tender brisket impressed as well. Regarding sides, there are a boatload of options. I went with the Brussels sprouts with applewood bacon which were awesome. A bit rich but so worth it! The cornbread was all right but second banana to the other items. The atmosphere was laid-back, and the other diners appeared to be a mix of friends, couples, and families. A few different servers paid visits to our table, and they were all friendly and helpful. And there's a 5% off check in offer on the Yelp app. Can't wait to return to Butcher Bar!
